We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the finance team of our client in Zug. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Handling customer and supplier inquiries related to billing and payments
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow

qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification in accounting
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English and German is a must
