Your field of play

Analyse market trends and sports category dynamics to support a profitable business model

Drive quarterly and annual forecasting, ensuring P&L accuracy

Provide actionable insights for monthly business outlooks, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities

Lead month-end closing, variance analysis, and management reporting

Collaborate with senior leadership, commercial teams, and key stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and drive business performance

Utilize advanced analytics tools to develop insightful reports for strategic decision-making

Support leadership with financial modelling, reporting, and strategic business cases

Your story

We are looking for a results-driven finance professional with a passion for analytics, strategy, and sports business dynamics. Be successful in this position you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or related field

3-5 years in FP&A within a global, multi-channel retail or manufacturing environment

Strong financial expertise in accounting principles and financial modelling

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Proficiency in Excel (must-have); experience with D365, Power BI, and Lucanet is a plus

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Strong communicator with confidence in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
