For our client, an international reinsurance company in Zurich, we are looking for service-oriented Team Assistant to start in November and support the Executive Director and the team in their day to day activities. The position is currently temporary for a minimum of 12 months.

Description
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team
- Organising meetings on- and off-site
- Handling Office Management tasks including incoming mail, managing office supplies etc.
- Preparing presentations, documents and correspondences in German, English and Spanish
- Providing calendar management to the Executive Director
Profile
- Further education in relevant field
- First experiences in a similar position
- Fluent in German, English and Spanish
- Proficient user of MS Office; especially Word and PowerPoint
- Pro-active and service oriented work approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills
