Join our e-commerce team as a Production Tester tasked with leading user acceptance testing on Sunrise.ch and boosting digital sales. We seek dynamic tester with a history of Testing successful web applications and services. This role provides vast opportunities, autonomy, and direct ownership, requiring your key input in system architecture, feature and user story creation, and product strategy decisions.

Tasks:

• Own production tests, functional tests, and integration tests for sunrise.ch
• Perform daily testing of end-to-end order flows for both new and existing customers, covering mobile, fixed-line, device sales flows.
• Ensure smooth functioning of checkout flows for all products.
• Verify new implementations in production, report any issues, and ensure their resolution and long-term fixing.
• Validate new implementations on sunrise.ch production environment, raise issues, and ensure resolution.
• Own test customer management in an eCommerce environment for various user journeys.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in web testing methodologies and technologies with at least 3 years' experience in eCommerce and telecom environment.
• Experience with testing and handling content verification for multi-language platforms.
• Experience with troubleshooting web applications and running root-causes analysis.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Experience using Google Analytics for customer journey insights
• Experience and knowledge of major CRM and CMS tools, in particular with Clarify, Storyblok CMS, SAP TUA, SAP Hybris, and ALM Octane
