Innovation System Engineer

Your main challenges
- Coordinate technical development and integration of innovative industrial solutions across various applications (e.g., intralogistics solutions, industrial machines).
- Collaborate with international, multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop prototypes and create cutting-edge products and technologies.
- Work closely with customer representatives to understand their needs and define engineering requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Maintain a flexible and collaborative mindset adapting to evolving project requirements and customer needs.
- Partner with external suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Promote best engineering practices across projects.
What we look for
- Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in product development and new product introduction.
- Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in coordinating technical development and system engineering in industrial automation and machine building.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, automation technologies, industrial electronics, controller software development, and component selection.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with Agile project management frameworks and Jira is a plus.
- Passionate about tackling complex and diverse technical challenges while developing creative, goal-oriented engineering concepts.
- Strong desire to learn new approaches, technologies, and applications, and to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills in multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to embrace changing demands and adopt a collaborative development approach.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
