Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten gehören

• Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Brief- und Paketpost
• Tägliche Verteilung und Abholung der internen Post
• Organisation und Abwicklung von Kuriersendungen (national)
• Bedienung des Post- und Frankiersystems
• Auffüllen von Büromaterial und Druckerpapier
• Durchführung von Erledigungen in der Stadt
• Allgemeine administrative Büroarbeiten

Profil des idealen Kandidaten

Der ideale Kandidat bringt mit:

• Interesse und Erfahrung in der Postverteilung und allgemeinen Büroarbeit
• Eine offene, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die den täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen schätzt
• Eine exakte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und Einsatzgebiete
• Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Momenten ruhig und strukturiert zu bleiben

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Postverteilung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
• Deutsch als Muttersprache und solide Englischkenntnisse (Firmensprache)
• Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
• Führerausweis Kategorie B (mindestens)
• Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse
• Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und höfliche Umgangsformen
