For our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company with its Swiss headquarters in the Zurich area we are looking for a:
As a LECQ Student Worker, you are responsible for supporting our team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.
Your main tasks
- Create and manage LECQ templates, trainings, guidelines, presentations, and other tools
- Handle formalities such as signatures and notarizations
- Develop content and manage the LECQ SharePoint site (intranet)
- Administer LECQ contracts, external translations, and invoices
- Organize trainings, meetings, and special events
- Support the team with various paralegal, compliance, and quality tasks after proper onboarding
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's progray
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and track pending issues
- Reliable and trustworthy personality
- Proficient in using IT systems
- Fluent in German and English
