Finance / Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) 80%
- In our finance world, as 'Accounts Payable' you will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable accounting with electronic accounts payable workflow for domestic and international invoices and international payments in various currencies
- Control, recording, and posting of accounts payable and expenses
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Preparing payments
- Acting as the point of contact for accounts payable inquiries
- Performing reconciliations and account balances
- You will be the primary point of contact for our internal employees, as well as customers and suppliers, impressing with your reliability and strong customer orientation.
- You will support the finance team in all matters. We are all for one, one for all!
- You find it easy to build bridges and stay calm even during busy times.
- In addition to daily operations, we are occasionally involved in projects. Can we count on you there as well?

qualifications
What you bring to this position- Completed commercial training, with ideally further education in the finance field
- A strong affinity for numbers?this never hurts in finance... How do you demonstrate this to us?
- Several years of experience in an office environment, highly skilled in using Excel and the common MS programs (we work in a modern Google environment)
- Independent, accurate, solution-oriented, and efficient work style, ensuring the accounting is correct at the end?which is what we all want :-)
- You are confident and possess a high level of personal motivation, drive, and enthusiasm, with a results-oriented mindset
- You enjoy speaking French? Go ahead, we have daily contact with people in our second national language. We use English for communication within the group or occasionally internally. Language barriers are not an issue for us.
