Your Mission
Global Event Strategy

Lead On’s global event strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.

Write the creative brief for brand and campaign activations, setting a high bar for innovation and engagement.

Ensure On’s event experiences tell compelling stories, driving deep emotional connections with consumers, athletes, and communities.
Campaign Event Development

Own the concept development, creative strategy, and execution of key brand and campaign-driven event activations worldwide.

Lead the creation of immersive experiences across pre, during, and post-event moments that drive brand impact and engagement.

Partner with global and regional teams to ensure events scale across markets while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
Innovation & experimentation in Event Formats

Identify and implement new, cutting-edge event formats, technologies, and engagement tactics.

Experiment with hybrid, digital, and in-person activations that push the boundaries of traditional event marketing.

Build a playbook for best-in-class, scalable event concepts that inspire movement, connection, and brand loyalty.
Cross-Functional collaboration & leadership

Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Community, and Partnerships teams to create a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with external creative agencies, production teams, and partners to bring bold event concepts to life.

Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the global events team, inspiring best practices and high-impact execution.
