PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
An exciting growth opportunity in the Global HR Supply Chain team, where we are seeking you, a multi-faceted HR Manager. This role has two distinct purposes, both equally important, yet different in nature:
- Represent the link between HR, our employees and the business by continuously improving our culture and wellbeing framework for employee engagement in the Lucerne office. Lead identification of best practices from other adidas sites or external sources and tailor them to local market needs for the local employees and community to strengthen the sense of belonging and to foster increased engagement and collaboration between the teams.
- Project Management for strategic People & Culture change initiatives in Global Supply Chain. The role is part of cross-functional project teams and collaborates with other project managers, functional experts and business representatives at SCM HQ in Lucerne and across the globe. This role creates and maintains key project resources, upskills other HR and Project colleagues and is the right-hand for the accountable Senior HRBPs, taking full ownership of key project activities and deliverables themselves.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Drive collaboration between HR, Workplaces, the Lucerne Leadership team, Project teams, and the employees.
- Go-to person for employees and resource groups and create a sense of ownership to shape the office culture.
- Manage day-to-day project management, e.g. design project plans, maintain work plans, create and implement status update documents and monitor progress according to agreed milestones.
- Independently manage assigned aspects of larger strategic projects.
- Drive various initiatives and ensure that the stakeholders are updated timely.
- Ensure a robust planning is created and applied and securing success and consistency in project implementation.
- Liaise with HR and business colleagues at SCM HQ in Lucerne, the adidas HQ in Germany and market teams across the globe.
- Use appropriate and effective communication methods to Senior Management and stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective at networking and forming relationships.
- Engaging & assertive mindset, ability to build strong professional credibility and objectively support functions and stakeholders professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of the business.
- Good experience in networking on a global level and capability to navigate and work effectively across diverse cultures within a multinational context.
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality.
- Structured approach and ability to keep things simple.
- Ability to focus, manage and prioritize resources.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and German (verbally and in writing).
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in the field of HR, preferably with experience as HR Business Partner.
- Project Management knowledge and experience in a rapidly changing international environment.
- Preferably, a very good understanding of the Swiss talent market and local Swiss labour law.
