- Planung und Koordination von Marketingveranstaltungen und Workshops.
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten.
Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung.
- Ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten und strukturiertes Arbeiten.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil.

Your Responsibilities - Diverse and Responsible
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support within the Marketing team
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on external and internal Marketing seminars, workshops and conferences
- Organize logistics for congresses and trade fairs and coordinate professional travel arrangements
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of Marketing materials
- Support our Product Managers in collecting, compiling and evaluating sales statistics and reports
- Assist our Product Managers in gathering, analyzing and assessing market and competitor intelligence
- Draft and proofread correspondence confidently in German and English, including translations, presentation support and preparation of meeting minutes
- Support the management with administrative tasks related to the company website
- Prepare and organize business performance meetings and internal events
- Completed commercial training (e.g. management assistant) with relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Exceptional organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
- Resilience, flexibility and ability to remain focused in dynamic or high-pressure situations
- Discretion, empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across teams
- Trustworthy, with a professional and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in MS Office and an affinity for digital tools and electronic work organization
- Fluency in German and English (French is an advantage)
