We are seeking a Regional Postgraduate Enrolment Manager to join our friendly and dynamic International Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company. About You
Degree educated or equivalent experience in education recruitment, with 5+ years in competitive sales environments, ideally within business education or hospitality sectors. You're fluent in both German and English, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and organized self-starter, you bring insight and passion to everything you do, and you're comfortable with the travel needed to meet clients and attend key events.
Your Role
The Regional PG Enrolment Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and contributing to the strategic growth objectives of the organization. This role involves both lead generation and conversion activities, including outreach, networking, and participating in relevant events to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Strategically plan and execute events, workshops, and discovery days to convert leads into business, driving growth in Germany and the Netherlands.
- Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful connections with clients, ensuring seamless support throughout the enrolment process.
- Market Insight & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to refine our strategy and meet market demands.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with organisations, associations, and industry stakeholders to expand our influence.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records in our CRM, actively managing and growing the sales pipeline to hit targets.
- Brand Awareness: Collaborate with marketing to boost Sommet's reputation and visibility within the education sector.
