The Position
Circle Lead MES Support for Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals)

The Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (PTDE-CD) in Basel is responsible for the manufacturing and filling of sterile dosage forms from the global research and development portfolio. For the supply of clinical studies in Phase I-III, "state of the art" manufacturing facilities are available at the Basel site in a modern building.
The Opportunity:

You lead, plan resources, and coordinate the Circle MES Support activities.

You actively contribute to Circle MES Support to ensure 1st level support and the setup of SAP MAKE master data.

You optimize and further establish the MES system within CSCs continuously.

You present and represent in technical committees/events (including globally).

You manage change, deviations, and general troubleshooting within the quality system.

You actively participate in projects like ASPIRE (SAP 4Hana deployment) and CLIPPs (MES PharmaSuite deployment) project.
Who You Are:

You have completed studies in business administration, informatics, business informatics, or a comparable field, or have training with several years of experience in aseptic production.

You have deep system knowledge in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

You possess several years of experience in 1st level support of manufacturing execution systems in aseptic production.

You have strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a high degree of flexibility and initiative.

You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, precise working methods, and reliability even under time pressure.

You are confident in using standard IT programs and production-supporting IT systems (Veeva, SAP, Google), with very good structured and analytical skills (E2E-thinking).

You are fluent in German (native speaker level is a must) and English, making IT system language accessible to the business and vice versa.
