Your Tasks

• Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft owners, operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
• Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspects
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operations
• Act as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
• Conduct occasional on-site visits to customers, service centers, and CAMO organizations

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, broad aerospace background advantageous, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
• Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
• Fluent English language skills are required, German and/or French considered advantageous
• Ability to motivate colleagues and staff under challenging situations
• A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
