Program Manager

For our Program Management department in Aubergenville (near Paris), we are looking for a

· To lead product development programs, to achieve program objectives, to fulfill deliverables and to bring programs to successful conclusions with all targets met (timing, quality, financials)

· To interface with the customer and to give guidance to the cross functional team members.

. To ensure that programs are executed and reported in accordance with required standards.

· To ensure that tasks and deliverables are anticipated with the project team members.

· To define the necessary resources to meet the targets and to develop the program budget accordingly

. To ensure the fulfillment of all the customer specifications (milestones, quality, logistic, packaging,environment...)

. To ensure that the program financial indicators are managed in line with the agreed project request.

. To control expenditures against the approved budget and to belong to the approval process.

. To provide up to date project activity status whenever required by Autoneum organization.
