Finance Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from the relevant 4-year programmes with Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Relations etc.,
• Preferably has at least 5-6 years of experience financial reporting,
• Experience of intercompany transactions and consolidation is an asset,
• Knowledge of IFRS and VUK (Tax Procedure Law in Turkey) is a strong asset,
• Being CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a strong asset,
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Turkish,
• Preferably knows how to use Profix,
• Quick learner, well organized and multi-task,
• Curious, proactive and logical thinking,
• Continuous improvement mindset, Job Description:
• Controlling accounting and bookkeeping activities of the company,
• Controlling/following up the operational process. Communication with relevant departments throughout the operational process,
• Analyzing Financial Statements and presenting to management,
• Preparing management and financial analysis reports showing monthly / quarterly budget performance and trend for senior management and business units,
• To prepare IFRS-compliant Consolidated Financial statements,
• Preparing management reports (actual results, estimates, budget, and detailed senior management presentations) in a timely and accurate manner,
• Analyzing financial information (revenues, expenses, and cash management) and reporting deviations to ensure that all activities are within the budget,
• To develop and maintain internal financial reports and reporting processes to provide more efficient, effective and useful reports and analysis to management in line the needs of the company,
• Preparing reports and analysis supporting the decision-making process in various business decisions and preparing investment project evaluations as well as detailed cost and benefit analysis,
• Assisting business units for special projects that require financial analysis,
