British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Analytics Executive in Monterrey
The Brand Analytics Executive exists to provide company with continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice that allows the company to understand the consumers in depth to formulate brand and marketing strategy with a focus on consumer behaviour, data analysis & analytical insights.
They are responsible for analysing purchase information tied to consumers Loyalty Identification number for retail chains to track individual or aggregate purchase behaviour over time. They will coordinate Loyalty Identification analytics tasks for the organization, including creating effective strategies to collect data, analyse information, monitor key behaviour metrics, and implement analytics solutions for the products or services to shape up a compelling CRM strategy. This role will generate insights and storytelling to guide business decision making.
As part of the GBS B2C Delivery Insights & Reporting Team, you will guide business teams in making decisions with connected data and establish metrics that drive business outcomes.
The role provides objective, timely and relevant market information/analysis to facilitate the decision making of the company, monitor strategy implementation and overall business performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse purchasing behaviour in the consumer data base using SQL to measure the performance of the product portfolio.
- Automate reports through dashboards development or SQL codes to implement alongside the Data Engineering team.
- Generate segments and monitor their performance over time.
- Develop predictive statistical models.
What are we looking for?
- +2 years of experience with data base attending business reports.
- +1 year of experience with dashboards development.
- SQL Advanced
- Dashboards Development (Tableau / Power BI / Qlik / Looker)
- Excel Advanced – Vlook Up and Pivot tables
- English – Fluent, will have daily conversations with the US team.
- Critical thinking
- Degree in IT / Mathematics / Sciences / Business & Administration
