As a Senior Specialist - Commercial Operations at On, you'll be a key driver in optimising our global B2B Order to Cash (O2C) processes. You'll leverage your expertise in systems like D365 and Salesforce to improve efficiency, ensure reliable product delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement process improvements within a fast-growing, global sportswear company.
Your Mission
Order to Cash (O2C) Process Ownership:
- Assume ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process. This includes developing a deep understanding of its integration with our core systems (e.g. D365 and Salesforce), and process variations across different regions and teams
O2C Process Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Lead the effort to thoroughly document the O2C process, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and data mappings. This includes collaborating with process managers and regional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
O2C Process Improvement Project Management:
- Lead and manage O2C process improvement projects from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, developing comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and success metrics
Customer Insights and O2C Optimization:
- Gather, analyse, and synthesise customer data to identify recurring issues, trends, and pain points. Translate customer insights into actionable improvement initiatives. Establish feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure customer-centric design and development of solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Account Service, Tech, Finance, etc). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on O2C process improvements and system implementations
