Restaurant Manager

Frida is more than just a Mexican street food and cocktail bar – we’re a creative, soul-driven space full of flavor, community, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager (50%) to help us take our concept to the next level.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards
• Ensure smooth collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and basic HR tasks
• Monitor hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations
• Support event organization, private bookings, and daily service
• Be the go-to problem solver during service when the owner is not present

💡 Who You Are

• Experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
• Fluent in German and English (Spanish is a big plus!)
• Organized, proactive, and hands-on
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an eye for detail
• Passionate about food, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences
