Aufgaben

Start your career as a legal advisor in the field of construction law and public procurement law - help shape the future of our projects:

• Take on responsibility: You will independently manage exciting projects in the field of construction law and public procurement law and ensure that legal issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Contact person at eye level: As a central contact person, you will support the operational teams with your expertise and offer sound, practice-oriented advice.
• Drafting contracts at the highest level: You will be actively involved in the creation, review and negotiation of contracts - from the first draft to complex objections.
• Legal expertise in tenders: You will analyse tender documents, advise on the preparation of tenders and handle the strategic drafting of appeals to the relevant authorities.
• Liaising with external experts: As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with external lawyers and ensure that all legal procedures are up to date.
• Passing on knowledge: You will lead practical training courses on data protection law and construction law in order to continuously develop the company's legal expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Legal foundation: You have successfully completed your law studies - ideally at a renowned Croatian faculty.
• Practical experience: You have already gained initial professional experience in the legal department of an (international) company or a law firm and have built up a broad legal knowledge.
• Expertise in construction law and public procurement law: At best, you have initial practical knowledge of construction law and public procurement law. Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Language skills: You are proficient in written and spoken Croatian and English and can communicate complex legal issues clearly and comprehensibly.
• Willingness to travel on business: After a successful induction phase, you will be willing to travel for projects on business and thus contribute your expertise on site.
• Team spirit and initiative: You are a communicative person who enjoys working in a team, but also takes responsibility and initiative independently
• Precision and reliability: Your way of working is characterised by a high degree of accuracy and adherence to deadlines - even with complex tasks you always maintain an overview and ensure their successful implementation.
