At Axpo, we're seeking a Data Strategy Manager to drive key initiatives supporting our transformation into a data-driven organization. Help us make impactful decisions by delivering top-tier data solutions across our business areas.

What you will do:

• Lead and implement Data Board initiatives, focusing on Axpo’s Data Roadmap, Operating Model, Technology, and Scaling to enhance the end-to-end Data Delivery Chain.


• Develop and oversee a Data Maturity Score to assess and advance Axpo’s journey toward data-driven excellence.


• Collaborate with diverse business areas to harmonize and support data needs, including Change and Adoption Management.


• Provide in-house Data Consulting to drive value and enable data-centric decision-making across Axpo.


• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, advocating for data insights that support business growth and innovation.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data strategy, data engineering, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data strategy, management, or related roles, with end-to-end project experience.


• Proven project management experience across cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.


• Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.


• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
