VF International is looking for an exceptional Retail Transformation Senior Manager to join our Omnichannel Operations team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Lead VF International’s transformative initiatives across multiple retail-enabled brands in the EMEA region, driving growth, operational excellence, and sustainable change through a dynamic team spanning Belgium and Switzerland.
This role will include:
- Transformation Leadership: Spearhead strategic transformation projects across VF International's brand retail portfolio, aligning with corporate objectives and brand-specific goals. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure successful implementation. Projects may include development and enhancement of Omnichannel capabilities (ROBIS, Endless Aisle, etc.) and support to other enabling functions’ initiatives (e.g. new POS systems, etc.)
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of four professionals, fostering cross-team, cross-brand and cross-functional collaboration and innovation to deliver impactful outcomes. Provide guidance, set clear expectations, and promote professional growth within the team.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies and organizational changes within brands and functions. Identify potential areas of resistance and proactively address them to minimize disruptions.
Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the estimated and post- go live success of transformation initiatives, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with brand leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and commitment to transformational objectives. Build strong relationships, communicate progress effectively, and negotiate resources when necessary.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks or challenges to transformation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Market Pulse: Continue documenting apparel retail market evolution via constant communication with our brand leaders and frequent retail visits to key owned and competitor retail doors in Tier 1 and Tier 2 European cities.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of extensive years in strategic transformation leadership roles within retail industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex change initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team of diverse individuals across countries.
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally knowledgeable of the EMEA fashion retail market and industry trends.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages beneficial.
