You are excited to take on the responsibility for the supply chain projects and processes at Migros Online and their development with your team of highly skilled process engineers. As a link between business, IT, and equipment and software partners, you play a crucial role in shaping our future.
What impact do you have?
- As a manager, you lead a team of process engineers. You identify your team members' strengths and assign tasks to the most suitable individuals accordingly.
- As a coach, you support your employees in implementing new ideas and actively foster both their individual development and that of the entire team.
- You recognize optimization potential and ensure that existing supply chain management processes are continuously improved, new processes are optimally implemented and properly documented.
- In the operations department, you contribute to strategic planning by developing short- to medium-term plans.
- As a bridge-builder, you represent the operations department within the product organization, promoting agile and constructive collaboration alongside product management, data analytics, and IT.
- You develop and optimize methods for introducing new processes, improving existing workflows, and ensuring proper documentation.
- You and your team actively participate in major strategic projects, such as the new fulfillment center in Regensdorf, set to open in spring 2026.
What do you offer?
- Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) Technical or business-related university degree (e.g., Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering).
- Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar field. Professional experience in logistics, particularly in automated intralogistics.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable process solutions and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude towards agile working methods.
