Production Manager Show ESC 2025

• planning and supervising all early run-throughs for opening and interval acts
• working closely with the Line Producer and technical teams
• managing the production and procurement of props

• Drawing up, managing and overseeing contracts with music acts, groups and creative professionals.
• Ensuring that contracts meet the ESC Standards.
• Working with labels and management teams to resolve legal issues and contract details.
• Managing and supervising styling and costumes
• Ensuring that costumes are ordered, delivered and altered in good time
• Working closely with costume designers
• Supervising and managing the budget for styling and costume production
• Organising storage and care of costumes during production
• Coordinating the hair & make-up team
• Acting as main contact for all the Show Team's LED-related requirements
• Working closely with technicians and engineers
• Managing, supervising and organising the LED content for the show

• You have several years of experience working as a production manager or in a similar role
• You are a team player and have worked in interdisciplinary teams with creatives, technicians and artists
• You have excellent planning and organisational skills
• You are able to keep your cool in stressful situations
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; German or French would be useful as a second language
• You are keen to work in an intensive and dynamic production environment and demonstrate the necessary flexibility
