As a Social Media Executive you will support the Head of Creative & Social Media to improve the digital presence of Andermatt Swiss Alps and inspire the audience with creative and compelling content.

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt with aparment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen hotels, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. There is a close partnership with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.

As a Social Media Executive you will support the Head of Creative & Social Media to improve the digital presence of Andermatt Swiss Alps and inspire the audience with creative and compelling content.
Your contribution to our success
- Creating engaging visual content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) for social media
- Managing daily posting and community engagement to maintain an active and dynamic online presence
- Identifying and implementing emerging trends in social media to keep content fresh and relevant
- Collaborating with influencers, content creators, and local businesses to increase brand reach
- Planning and executing social media activations and campaigns that showcase Andermatt's premium lifestyle
- Monitoring performance metrics and insights to refine the content strategy
- Experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing preferably in lifestyle branding, tourism, hospitality or related sectors
- Fluency in social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of best practices and audience engagement
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with an eye for photography, videography, and design
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to spot trends and translate them into impactful content for an alpine tourism brand
- Highly proactive, flexible, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for trourism, lifestyle, and digital media
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics to track performance and optimize content
- Very good knowledge of English and good oral German language skills are an absolute must Criteria
- Work location: 2 days per week in Andermatt; homeoffice possible on the remaining day
- High flexibility in work assignments (weekend assignments are possible approx. 1-2 times per month)
