To complement our team in Niederurnen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Main tasks
- Develop, align, and execute a comprehensive supply plan to ensure efficient and timely product availability
- Place purchase orders, track supply performance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency
- Manage invoices as required, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Collaborate with Product Management and Demand Planning to determine and maintain appropriate inventory levels for the assigned product/material portfolios
- Continuously monitor inventory levels, adjust the supply plan as needed, and manage obsolescence and write-offs effectively
- Manage the master data for the assigned product portfolios
- Foster strong relationships with intercompany suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
Job Requirements
- Relevant commercial/technical training or Bachelor's degree in business/technology with 2-3 years experience
- Fluent in German (native level) and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems (within Logistics, Planning and Order Fulfilment, MS D365 preferred)
- Strong teamwork, negotiation and organisational skills
- Basic business administration knowledge with a structured, goal-oriented approach
- Assertive, resilient, and confident in interactions with internal and external partners
