Position Summary
As an AOG Technician at Jet Aviation, you’ll be on the front lines of aircraft recovery - responding to global AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations with urgency, expertise, and professionalism. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that provides rapid-response technical support, restoring aircraft to service as quickly and safely as possible - anywhere in the world.

Your Mission
- Perform on-site aircraft repair and maintenance: Travel to customer locations as dispatched and carry of inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements to return the aircraft to service.
- Execute tasks in line with aviation regulations: Work strictly in accordance with airworthiness standards and within the scope of your license to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate with customers and key stakeholders: Represent Jet Aviation at the aircraft location, maintain regular and clear communication with clients, OEMs, and internal teams to keep everyone informed and aligned throughout the recovery process.
- Manage technical documentation and reporting: Accurately document all work performed and provide a complete technical package to the customer at mission completion.
- Collaborate and share expertise: Work closely with AOG Duty Managers and contribute to a shared knowledge base to support continuous improvement and future mission readiness.
- Collaborate with AOG Duty Managers: Receive mission details and logistical support from the central AOG team.
- Lead full mission planning and execution: Organize all aspects of an AOG mission, including logistics, tooling, spare parts, technical documentation and local airport coordination.
- Mentoring: Oversee off-base maintenance projects and guide technicians, ensuring quality and safety are never compromised.

Your Profile
- Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer credentials (B1/B2 or both).
- Multiple aircraft type ratings, ideally including Gulfstream.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace MRO, OEMs, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
- Solid English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Flexibility to travel extensively and work in high-pressure environments Results-driven with a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Calm under pressure and a natural problem-solver.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- A true team player—collaborative, supportive, and self-motivated.
