Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
Reporting to the Learning & Talent Development Operations Manager, you will be working for the Pictet Academy, in the Human Resources department. The team supports the development of the Group’s employees and corporate culture at our offices around the world by assessing needs and implementing learning solutions to meet them.
Your role
You will provide operational support for training programmes and initiatives within the Pictet Academy and the Group’s learning and talent development (LTD) community by:
Operations and Reporting
- Administering the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) for course management.
- Managing course enrolments.
- Executing the communication plans of the training programmes and following up on assessments.
- Managing logistics and keeping track of shared files on SharePoint.
- Supporting LTD managers with course planning and coordination.
- Managing and producing reporting.
Invoicing and Cost follow-up Management
- Producing cost estimates and liaising with third-party suppliers.
- Collaborating in the invoice review process for all Pictet Academy related invoices and verifying SAP reporting.
- Following up on pending invoices from suppliers.
- Contributing to quarterly budget reviews.
Optimisation and Project Management
- Suggesting improvements and taking part in the implementation of LEAN processes.
- Participating in and contributing to LTD ad-hoc projects.
Your profile
- At least three years’ experience in an operational support role.
- Previous experience in an LTD field would be an asset.
- Project management skills and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven experience in delivering a high standard of customer-focused service.
- Focused on teamwork.
- Experience in invoice management and cost estimation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Proficiency with LMS and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation). Knowledge of SAP Success factor
would be an advantage.
- Written and oral fluency in French and English.
- Resident in Switzerland.
