The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the global organization in the planning, coordination, and execution of talent development processes and initiatives. This role reports to the Group Manager Talent Development and Culture.

Your daily contribution:
- Plan and deliver global communications and administration for Leadership & Culture and Talent & People Development cycles, including myPerformance and people review
- Support the set up and execution of talent processes in global HR tools (Success Factors)
- Deliver standard learning sessions in the annual cycle
- Support the execution of our leadership training framework
- Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Actively participate in and lead projects promoting employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being
- Align initiatives with our people strategy
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business management, or a related field required
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR tools and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across divisions and regions. Proficiency in English is a must, German is a plus
