We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Base growth Insights Manager to join our Customer Value Management Team withing B2B. This role involves monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of the customer base, uncovering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to identify customer trends, improve retention strategies, and optimize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze base KPIs, understand key customer behaviors and trends, and provide meaningful insights. Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across departments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, to align insights with business goals.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex data.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Churn Analysis & Prevention: Identify key drivers of customer churn and recommend initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Revenue Optimization: Provide insights on upsell, cross-sell, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor strategies to benchmark performance and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, insights generation, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or B2B industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
