Aufgaben
- Planung und Koordination des Rollouts von SAP SuccessFactors.
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams zur Umsetzung von Anforderungen.
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit SAP SuccessFactors.
Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR oder vergleichbar.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR und internationalem Projektmanagement.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Planning, coordinating and executing the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in 23 countries, mainly in Europe
- Close collaboration with the local teams to understand and implement the requirements and needs of the respective country organisations
- Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
- Training employees in the various subsidiaries in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
- Continuous optimisation and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors system
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the area of human resources, SAP SuccessFactors and in international project management
- Very good knowledge of the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills an advantage
