That’s the job – Your main tasks:
This role is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing post-merger integration (PMI) efforts at Eraneos, ensuring that acquisition align seamlessly with the firm’s One Firm strategy and operational structure, while delivering the value quantified in the M&A process.
It will play a crucial role in integrating future acquisitions, ensuring their value creation plan and supporting that Eraneos scales efficiently, all while maintaining agility, culture, and a client-centric approach.
Further develop & Implement PMI Framework
- Design a structured, repeatable integration approach for acquired companies.
- Ensure a smooth integration process across business, operational, financial, IT, and cultural dimensions.
Align Business & Operational Processes
- Drive joint business development by connecting the right stakeholders and facilitating cross-selling opportunities.
- Standardize governance, reporting, and business processes across firm-wide.
- Identify synergies and implement efficiency improvements while ensuring business continuity.
Drive Cultural & Organizational Integration
- Support leadership teams and employees in adapting to Eraneos' operating model and cultural expectations.
- Ensure the engagement and retention of key talent within the acquired organizations.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams & Stakeholders
- Act as the central point of contact for all integration activities, collaborating closely with IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partners to ensure alignment of expectations and priorities.
Monitor Progress & Report on Integration Success
- Define success metrics for PMI and track the financial and operational impact of the integration.
- Identify potential risks early and propose solutions ensure the successful execution of integration efforts.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, leadership, and stakeholder management to successfully integrate newly acquired companies into Eraneos' One Firm model. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and practical, structured yet adaptable, and capable of leading integration efforts in a fast-growing and evolving organization.
PMI or Business Transformation Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in PMI, M&A integration, management consulting, or corporate transformation.
- Demonstrated success in integrating businesses, harmonizing processes, and aligning cultures post-acquisition.
Project & Change Management Skills
- Ability to structure and execute integration projects across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT and Operations.
- Expertise in change management to drive adoption in acquired companies.
- Pragmatic approach balancing strategic goals with execution.
Financial & Operational Acumen
- Understanding of financial KPIs, P&L management, and cost synergies in post-merger environments.
- Ability to assess operational efficiency and recommend improvements (e.g., process harmonization, IT alignment, governance).
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Experience working with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Managing Partners) and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, align stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies, and manage resistance while securing buy-in from employees in acquired companies.
International & Leadership Experience
- Proven experience leading in multinational, cross-border environments, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Fluency in English
- Skilled in navigating and adapting to various company cultures and business environments.
As the icing on the cake, you bring along
- Experience in Private Equity backed companies would be great.
- Additional languages such as German, Dutch or Spanish are beneficial.
