We are seeking a motivated an Intern Office Admin Assistant to support our team in the Corporate Accelerator in Zurich. The role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with basic finance tasks, and delivering exceptional service.

We are seeking a motivated an Intern Office Admin Assistant to support our team in the Corporate Accelerator in Zurich. The role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with basic finance tasks, and delivering exceptional service.
Your main challenges
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle daily basic office operations including mail distribution, key & lock control, office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with external service providers for the office.
- Ensure snacks, fruits, coffee and other office necessities are well stocked and maintained
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms and kitchen areas
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving the office day-today operations
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in industrial components and systems is a plus
