- Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von SR Technics Immobilien in Zürich.
- Ansprechpartner für Mietverträge und die Verwaltung von Mietobjekten.
- Förderung einer positiven Sicherheitskultur und ständige Verbesserung des Managementsystems.
Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Immobilien-/Facility Management, gute Planungsfähigkeiten.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, hohe Prozessorientierung.
- Teamgeist, hohe Qualität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

As a Facility Management Specialist you will be co-responsible for all real estate matters relating to the Zurich location. You will be responsible for the active management of the SR Technics building portfolio and for their tenants. You will apply principles of LEAN CI and the SMS
Your tasks
- Administrative management of SR Technics properties in Zurich (rental contracts, contract amendments, contract terminations, exit negotiations)
- Contact point and contact person for tenants and administrations of rented properties throughout Site Zurich (rental contracts, contract amendments, contract terminations, exit negotiations)
- Legal and administrative assistance in relation to the rental properties
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety, Compliance and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization
- Ensure that all elements of the (safety) Management System are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all (safety) Management System related duties and responsibilities as defined in MOE and SMS Manual
Your Profile
- Professional experience in the real estate / property management
- Solid knowledge in commercial and technical property management
- Completed commercial or comparable education or training
- Good planning and organizational skills as well as high process orientation
- Organizational talent and team spirit
- High quality awareness and solution-oriented working methods
- Fluent in German and English
