Now, for our EMEA Marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland is looking for a

(with a limited contract until June 2026)
In this position, the overall responsibility is to support Marketing Manager and coordinate various projects and processes for our brand SENSAI between Zurich office, headquarter in Japan and local markets in EMEA region.
Description of main duties
PROMOTIONAL TOOLS DEVELOPMENT
- Coordinate the development of seasonal visual merchandising tools, such as window decorations, counter decorations and tester stands, from idea to execution.
- Coordinate updates and/or reproductions of regular promotional tools (decorations, uniforms, counselling tools, etc.).
- Coordinate updates and/or reproductions of corporate materials (corporate paper bags, gift boxes, wrapping materials, etc.).
- Handle supplier negotiations and pricing, order analysis, coordination of production, deliveries, and invoices.
- Support affiliates/distributors in local trade marketing activities and ad-hoc requests for in-store promotions, special POS material development, etc.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure produced materials meet quality standards, expectations, and the needs of the relevant divisions.
MEETING ORGANISATION
- Organise and execute seasonal Marketing meetings for our EMEA business partners to introduce them to upcoming product novelties: physical and digital events, twice a year.
- Scout locations and oversee overall organisation and execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Training divisions, as well as HQ.
- Follow up on event execution, summarise findings, and report internally and to HQ.
- Support the execution of various other events, such as TFWA Cannes.
SUPPORT TO LOCAL ACTIVITIES
- Support local markets with any ad-hoc requests regarding visual merchandising, special decorations, and promotional activities (tester stands, window decorations, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of luxury POS material development and the creative and production processes.
- Few years of work experience in marketing and/or a similar position; experience in luxury/cosmetics is a plus.
- Natural affinity for visual creativity and creative processes.
- Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferable.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programmes; SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory (any additional language is an asset).
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related fields).
- You are a multi-tasker and able to work in fast-paced business environments.
- You are a creative, resourceful, and proactive team player.
