International Insurance Consultant (f/e)

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients (FR)
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients
• Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients on time
• Act as a link of communication between key clients and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and handle complaints to maintain trust

 Requirements:

• Commercial qualification (federal certificate of competence or equivalent)
• Business fluent in French, good knowledge of English (other languages an advantage)
• Enjoy direct customer contact - support for existing customers
• Sales flair
• Customer-orientated and a team player with strong social skills
• Interested in responsibility in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Independent working style and solution-orientated approach
