Position:
Do you have strong administration and client services support experience? As a junior applicant, perhaps you are now looking for your second job and hoping to consolidate on your experience gained to date? This client support administrator position could be the perfect next step in your career, if you've already had a taste of financial services and are keen to consolidate it. The position is suitable for a driven, dynamic person who is happy to be a self-starter and take initiative . You should also be numerate and not afraid of figures and numbers, above all strong on administration and client support/customer service. Some knowledge of financial services and wealth management is necessary but this is a junior role where you can learn and be trained.
The Role:
The role is primarily assisting a Director in relation to ongoing relationship management maintenance and business development support. You will be working with one to two other junior administrators in a similar role as part of this team. Reporting to the local Head of Family Office, you will also be in close and regular contact with all members of the Front Office Client Support Team (across all their Swiss offices). Liaison also with their other departments such as compliance as well as with external clients and business contacts.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Provide full administrative support to Front Office in relation to clients (UHNWIs, trust companies, banks etc)
- Assist and support the Front Office team on day-to-day operational running of large clients of the Group
- Preparation of banking documents (onboarding etc)
- Support the business development/marketing efforts of the Group from an administrative perspective
- Financial reporting, expenses, data analysis (using Excel)
- Consult with third party professionals such as lawyers, tax specialists and asset managers, and obtain their opinions pertaining to the management of the clients' affairs
- Assist Managers/Directors in preparation of expert reporting packs for client meetings, which require a thorough knowledge of the client and excellent financial analytical skills
- Information-gathering from clients, internal contacts and other providers
- Preparing meeting packs and scheduling appointments, responding to queries and any other ad-hoc administrative support requests
Profile:
- Educated to Bachelors Degree level (Business/Economics/Accounting or equivalent)
- Approximately 2-3 years' relevant experience (family office, wealth management, Big 4, wealth planning, trusts)
- Native or Bi-lingual level of English
- Strong personal presentation and excellent customer service administration experience
- Excel, data analysis and numeracy skills
- A self-starter, who can take initiative, "can-do" approach
- Used to working in a fast-paced, international environment, able to manager deadlines and deal with pressure
- Happy to also share information, work as part of a team, as well as passionate about a support role
- A genuine desire of wanting to help clients and to like working with them - exposure to the type of finesse needed when dealing with clients
- Strong client care and service orientation, delivers excellent client service; happy to always go the extra mile
- Good at planning ahead and anticipating as well as ultra-organised
- Already resident in the Neuchatel area, or happy to make this journey as well as valid Swiss work permit or eligible
