Senior Financial Services Pursuits Leader

Your contribution to KPMG

• Lead and manage the end-to-end pursuit process for high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives and compliance with pursuit protocols.
• Collaborate with partners and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies for pursuits opportunities by asking the difficult questions and articulating compelling value propositions. Facilitate strategy sessions and workshops to identify client needs, competitive landscape, and potential solutions.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate KPMG's offerings and value proposition.
• Manage pursuit timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective pursuit execution.
• Provide coaching and guidance to pursuit team members, enhancing their skills and performance in client-facing and pursuit-related activities.
• Analyze pursuit outcomes, capture lessons learned, and integrate best practices into future pursuit efforts.

This is what makes you successful

• University/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of Pursuit Management experience
• Proficiency in German and English is a must; French is a plus
• Strong experience in end-to-end project management of pursuit process
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience working in a similar professional service firm with a multi-cultural environment
• Not afraid to speak up and constantly challenge the status-quo
• Strong organizational skills
