As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, your role is to ensure every customer—whether new or returning—receives outstanding service before, during, and after their journey abroad. You’re driven, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make someone's experience exceptional. While you're focused on achieving great results, you never forget to enjoy the process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, primarily via chat, with occasional email and phone support.
- Understand customer needs and guide them in using specific features.
- Investigate and report product issues by testing scenarios and replicating user experiences.
- Maintain and update the CRM with technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
- Engage proactively with website visitors, offering real-time support based on their browsing behavior.
- Occasionally work night or weekend shifts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience handling customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure.

Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is a 5-days in the office role.
