Job Description:

You will act as an Expert in Grading methodology and be able to indepently benchmark roles (including the Gunvor job architecture’s maintenance: internal levelling structure analysis, job catalogue updates, compensation data audit),

You will develop strong understanding of organization design and different business functions at both operational and corporate level, to provide advice that is tailored to the distinct areas and their needs,

You will manage the Market Pay benchmarking and Salary Survey processes with our external vendors (collation and submission of our employee compensation data and provide adhoc analytics on compensation position vs market),

You will closely work with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor and collate relevant candidate remuneration data, such as salary levels, expectations, talent pool size, arising trends, etc

You will be the primary resource for Reward analytics. You will manage and analyze large datasets and present findings, comparisons, and recommendations in a concise and user-friendly format for internal stakeholders,

You will support the development of Gunvor’s salary bands and compensation structures adapted to each job family and country to enable better foundations for career navigation and reward decisions,

You will be a key player in the execution of our annual pay review and bonus campaigns ensuring they are seamlessly delivered, well communicated and maximising the available Workday functionality (global coordination & trainings, schemes modelling, set-up of campaigns in Workday & data analysis and verifications),

You will act as a Super User of Workday advance compensation functionalities, making recommendations for compensation data scheme structures and reporting improvements (incl. trainings to the HR Community),

You will support Gender Pay Gap reporting,

You will ensure we are compliant with all legislations from a reward perspective (incl. preparing of reports to auditors/regulators as requested),

You will maintain specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of published materials, competitor practice, external market developments and trends, legislative and regulatory developments,

You will play an active role in the global Reward and HRIS team of 5 employees.
