Description
Möchten Sie in einem innovativen und bedeutenden Forschungsprojekt mitwirken? Im Rahmen des SNF-Projekts "Jugendobdachlosigkeit in der Schweiz - Eine Analyse der Lebenslagen und Verwirklichungschancen von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen auf Basis einer multimethodischen Mehrebenenanalyse" suchen wir eine*n engagierte*n Mitarbeiter*in für den quantitativen Forschungsteil. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams entwickeln Sie durch eigene Ideen und Expertise den Bereich Sozialplanung und -politik an unserem Institut weiter.
Mitarbeit im SNF-Projekt Jugendobdachlosigkeit in der Schweiz, insbesondere:
o Erhebung und Auswertung von quantitativen Daten
o Analysieren von Sekundärdaten und Publikationen
o Unterstützung des qualitativen Forschungsteils
Ausserdem unterstützen Sie die Projektentwicklung im Themenfeld Sozialplanung und Sozialpolitik und übernehmen Aufgaben in der Lehre.
Die Stelle ist zunächst auf drei Jahre befristet.

Requirements
Um diese interessante und anspruchsvolle Stelle erfolgreich ausführen zu können, besitzen Sie idealerweise das folgende Profil:
- Promotion in Sozialwissenschaften (Muss), von Vorteil zu einem Thema aus der Sozial- und Armutsforschung
- Arbeits- und Forschungserfahrung in quantitativer Datenerhebung und Analyse, Kenntnisse in qualitativer Forschung und Triangulation
- Fähigkeit, auf Zielgruppen der Sozialen Arbeit (Jugendliche mit Erfahrungen von Obdachlosigkeit) zuzugehen
- Hohe Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sorgfältiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten, Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
