As a Senior Field Medical Advisor Hematology you will play a key role in the country medical function while staying closely connected to healthcare professionals through field-based interactions. As a medical and scientific expert for Switzerland you will be significantly contributing to the launch planning and execution with a cross-functional team in the Hematology business. In this position you will work closely with the Country Medical Head CH, the Austrian and German Medical team as well as the Swiss Commercial team. You will report to the Country Medical Head Switzerland.
Your main tasks
- Establish and maintain relationships with key medical experts in Hemato-Oncology
- Collaborate with medical and commercial teams to build a strong medical presence in Switzerland
- Give strategic guidance and drive the structured tactical execution of all medical activities
- Lead and support pre-launch and launch activities for Hemato-Oncology products
- Facilitate patient access programs for unmet medical needs
- Provide medical expertise in regulatory and reimbursement processes
- Partner with Clinical Development to engage local investigators and experts
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, risk management, and legal requirements
Your profile
- Senior Medical Advisor/MSL experience with desire to develop and contribute to shaping the Hematology business in Switzerland
- Experience in Hemato-Oncology and a strong network in Switzerland would be ideal
- Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in product launches and strong expertise in strategic (pre-)launch planning and execution
- Established network with key experts in Switzerland is preferred
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Mobile and willing to travel (approx. 50% fieldwork)
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
