We are seeking a Head of B2B Platform Lifecycle Management to lead the optimization and automation of our B2B platforms. You will drive efficiency across teams, simplify tools, and collaborate with B2B, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver platform roadmaps and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are met on time and within budget.
Tasks:
- Business Owner of Salesforce and responsible to form, pursue and deliver the roadmap in strong alignment with Business Architecture, Compliance & Improvements, B2B Portals, B2B Digital Platforms, B2B PMO, Finance and IT
- Define, manage, optimize and challenge the spendings for licenses, implementations, squads and integrations
- Create and pitch business cases for the required projects, features and functionalities to different stakeholders & hierarchy levels. Ensure business case assumptions are met by defining KPI's, measurements and adoption to new deliveries for several areas
- Lead and manage decommissioning of legacy systems as part of the future B2B IT landscape strategy. Ensure all impacted teams are involved in project identification, requirements engineering and go-live planning
- Ensure good user experience and compliant journeys within the tool supported business processes to create fast adoption and efficient way of working, supported by latest technology
- Strategically design implementation roadmap for the various ITSM ticketing systems currently in use across B2B in strong alignment with Business- and IT-Architecture
- Manage business requirements towards ticketing systems from business, following a bigger picture approach to ensure desired way of working is met.
- Manage various other applications, ensure alignment on overall Business- and IT-Architecture strategy and lifecycle
Requirements:
- Experienced people manager able to work with both technical and business teams, strong focus on people and organizational development
- Experienced in managing budgets, creating business cases and ensure financial targets are met
- Inclusive personality able to create an environment where people feel comfortable contributing and driving change
- Dare, drive, deliver attitude, motivated to make a difference and challenging the status quo
- Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable plans/concepts
- Fluent in German and English, French and/or Italian are an asset
