Teamlead Network Engineering

As a Teamlead Network Engineering, you will:

• Lead a team of 5 engineers in implementing and maintaining network infrastructures
• Manage and configure Cisco ASR, Cisco Nexus, Arista switches, and Fortinet firewalls
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance using MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, IPSec, and Overlay-Routing solutions
• Oversee network security and manage Cisco and Fortinet security solutions
• Ensure smooth IPX/GRX operations across multiple sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance technical skills and performance

The ideal Teamlead Network Engineering will have:

• 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, IPSec, and Overlay-Routing
• Experience with Cisco ASR, Nexus, Arista switches, and Fortinet firewalls
• Strong knowledge of network security (Cisco ICE, VPNs, IPSec)
• Proven experience troubleshooting and optimizing network performance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English (German is a big plus)
