Our team and business continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Product to support our Digital function. On is a company that caters to explorers, builders, and entrepreneurs. We build innovative experiences for our customers through both our physical and digital products. Our Digital Team is responsible for managing On's largest store & digital flagship. Our team's primary objective is to provide customers with a personalized, exceptional, and seamless shopping experience. We aim to WOW customers through their entire digital journey. Your mission will be to own the vision and execution of our Digital Product - across web & app as well as the underlying platform and systems - helping us create extraordinary experiences and push boundaries into uncharted territory.
On is searching for an outstanding and visionary leader who can work closely with internal team members from various departments to drive the development of On's Digital Product. The Senior Director of Digital Product plays a critical role in On's achievement of short and long-term business goals and reports directly to senior management.
Your Mission
Visionary & Transformative Leadership: Ability to craft and evangelize a compelling digital product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, emerging innovations, and global market trends. Ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams across product disciplines and influence engineering, and design.Strategic Influence: Strong collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and influence roadmaps across various stakeholders and teams (particularly Tech and Marketing).Holistic & Customer-Centric Approach: Drive the evolution of our digital platforms (web and app) into cutting-edge touchpoints, ensuring seamless, personalized, and engaging user experiences across all global markets.Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies to drive speed, innovation, and iterative product development aligned to core business outcomes.Long term thinking: Skilled at balancing innovation with stability and aligning short-term execution with long-term strategy. Assess and manage risks associated with digital product development, ensuring a balance between innovation and stabilityGlobal perspective: ability to understand and navigate the challenges of international markets, including cultural nuances and regional preferences to digital products. You will bring digital products across all of On’s core markets (incl China) under one clear digital product vision & strategyExperimentation & Agility: Adopt a test / learn / iterate mindset throughout the team, and reduce system constraints such as resources, finances, and technology to build long-term customer engagement and brand loyalty.
