As the Head of Digital Community Platform at the AO Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of AO's digital community platform and overseeing analytics and data reporting within the Community & Governance (C&G) division. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and serving as a key member of the C&G leadership team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the AO organization—including Education, ITC, and R&D—to ensure the seamless implementation and ongoing success of the new community platform.
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the transformation of AO's digital community platform, driving innovation and alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee platform operations, ensuring performance, scalability, and user satisfaction
- Close collaborate with the Rimasys team to ensure alignment and realization of synergies between both community platform
Project and Portfolio Management:
- Manage the project portfolio for the platform transition, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes
Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to analytics and data reporting across C&G
- Leverage data insights to improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive community engagement
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance community member experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and deliverables
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in project or program management, particularly within large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus
