Here you can provide support for all financial matters relating to local units or to the Group's business management.

Your responsibility

• Collaboration in the development and refining of the cost savings tracking concept
• Validation of quarterly financial target achievement
• Translation of local savings into "Profit and Loss effects"
• Support the Market Units and Group Finance in the financial tracking of the measures
• Support of reporting to the General Executive Board
• Support investor relations

Your qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, accounting and controlling (University/University of Applied Sciences)
• Over 5 years of experience in cost accounting & controlling
• Experience in multinational corporations and working in cross functional teams; specific experience in international accounting (IFRS), cost accounting and controlling e.g. cost accounting methodologies, value based steering concepts, intercompany charging models, etc.
• Good understanding of connections and interdependencies between local and Group financial numbers
• Ability to recognize the levers for managing initiatives and the impact of initiatives at the local level in the overall context of the ambition
• Knowledge of insurance financial figures and reports
• Confident in written and spoken English (every other language within Helvetia Group is of advantage)
