Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you..

• Responsible for the timely and content aligned delivery of service information and metrics
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing service intelligence report portfolio including automated reports and SQL database
• Perform ad hoc analyses in the entire subject area of customer service
• Develop insights from raw data in the form of numbers, facts, metrics or data visualizations
• Train stakeholders (internal and external) in reporting
• Build new reports with various software (Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
• Support in service costs overview

Skills and Qualifications

Your Profile, you..

• have a higher education (FH/Uni/ETH or similar) in the field of business informatics
• bring 2 years of professional experience in the same or similar function
• have a very good knowledge of Excel, Basic Tableau or Power BI
• have a high IT affinity and enjoy working with large amounts of data
• ideally have knowledge in BEX Analyzer
• have a good knowledge in Tableau / Power BI
• are fluent in English, German and / or Korean is a plus
• have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking among your strengths
