Cloud Solutions Architect (80-100%)

What you’ll be doing:

• Implement cloud strategy and governance, aligning with enterprise standards
• Design and deploy secure, scalable solutions in Azure and AWS (IaaS, PaaS)
• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards
• Collaborate with DevOps to align Infrastructure as Code practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability, optimize cloud operations, and ensure seamless performance across services
• Optimize cloud costs through efficient resource management and cost-saving practices
• Provide expertise on IIS and SharePoint SPSE for cloud integration and performance
• Support internal teams with guidance on cloud adoption throughout project lifecycles
• Evaluate new cloud technologies to improve architecture and ensure compliance and security
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and effective project execution based on cloud architecture principles

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture, primarily with Azure; AWS knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in designing Azure architectures (Virtual Networks, Gateways, Load Balancers, VMs, Azure AD integration)
• Skilled in cloud cost optimization and management practices
• Technical expertise in IIS and SharePoint SPSE within cloud environments
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams on Infrastructure as Code using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Advanced skills in Kubernetes and Docker for deploying scalable microservices
• Expertise in data encryption techniques and best practices (e.g., Azure Key Vault, Transparent Data Encryption)
• Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Understanding of security frameworks such as Zero Trust Architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and performance optimization skills
• Scrum Master certification or experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
