Receptionist (Temporary) - 7 month contract Description
We're looking for a part-time (80%) receptionist to join our Geneva-based team and play a key role in delivering outstanding client service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact – ensuring a welcoming front-of-house experience while providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional front-of-house service, including call management, visitor reception and inquiry handling
- Maintain a user-friendly, safe and sustainable office environment
- Deliver office orientation for new hires, including equipment setup and induction support
- Schedule and support meetings and conference calls; ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared and maintained
- Manage invoice processing, payment tracking and general administrative support
- Liaise with remote IT support and the local accountant to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor office expenses and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective service contracts
- Handle all mail-related tasks, including incoming/outgoing correspondence and global courier shipments
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events, offsite meetings and staff gatherings
- Oversee office supply inventory and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
Requirements
- Experienced front-of-house receptionist with time management and organizational skills
- Native French speaker with fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident navigating online platforms and using essential IT tools effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload under pressure
- Proactive, resilient and resourceful, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive attitude
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information and supporting stakeholders at all levels
